For months, perfumer Euan McCall pursued a phantom. A bouquet of aromas so fleeting it evaded any physical source captivated him. Familiar nuances merged into a symphony without solid form – mystical, contourless, as if nature itself had sketched it in a spontaneous act of creation. He sensed it in the air, in taste, in textiles, in drinks, even in the people around him – always on the verge of capturing it, only for it to slip away again.

From Dream to Form

One day, the phantom scent vanished. Driven by the longing to preserve it, McCall gave it shape – a perfume shimmering like liquid obsidian, cool as metal, its surface raw yet flowing, at once diffusive and ethereal. Shifting between transparency and opacity, it carries a mysterious, inky depth.
