Inspired by the rugged nature of Scotland, the fragrance recalls warm, deep-red fruit infusions enjoyed beneath the shelter of a heavy wool blanket, while the mist rolls in over the Highlands.

Scottish Odyssey – The Ambivalence of Nature

As part of the Scottish Odyssey Collection – an olfactory journey through Scotland’s myths, landscapes, and wild flora – HEALING BERRY reflects the opposing forces of nature. The opening wraps you in juicy berry notes: blackcurrant, tayberry, sloe, loganberry, and wild mint intertwine with herbs and the green whisper of buckler fern, willowherb, and violet leaf. The heart deepens into a floral and botanical core with artemisia, Himalayan balsam, rose absolute, raspberry leaf, and orris butter – a dance between sweetness and delicate bitterness. The base offers warmth and depth: a creamy accord of cereals, moss, and subtle resins that lets the fragrance fade softly and poetically.

Created in 2022 by Euan McCall, founder and creative mind behind Jorum Studio, HEALING BERRY embodies the house’s philosophy: artisanal precision, artistic freedom, and sustainable values. Together with Chloe Mullen, McCall runs the studio in Edinburgh’s creative Stockbridge district, where workshop, boutique, and micro-lab merge into a hub of perfume culture. Since its founding in 2019, Jorum Studio has crafted small-batch, vegan, gender-neutral fragrances, free from animal testing and made with responsibly sourced materials. HEALING BERRY is more than a perfume – it is an olfactory poem, a quiet protest against uniform banality, and an invitation to embrace the wild rather than tame it.
