Perfumer Marie Hugentobler selected rare narcissus blossoms from the French Aubrac mountains, where local farmers handpick the delicate flowers. Nearly 1,600 kilograms of blossoms are required to extract just one kilogram of narcissus absolute – a testament to its rarity and value.
The composition of NARCISSE TAIJI highlights both the fresh, green-floral brightness and the deep, almost animalic sensuality of this precious flower. A velvety base of patchouli and leather accords grounds the composition, creating a fascinating tension between light and shadow that feels both sophisticated and seductive.
