Olfactive Studio - VANILLA SHOT - Extrait de Parfum

The Sepia collection presents Olfactive Studio - VANILLA SHOT - Extrait de Parfum, an essential oriental fragrance that reveals a fresh and sensual opulence thanks to labdanum. Top notes of coriander, saffron and aldehydes enliven the opening and are intensified by chords of rose and dried fruit. Vanilla Shot is inspired by a work of art at Wanaka Lake in New Zealand: An arch made of thin wooden sticks connected by movable linen threads, whose slender, elongated shape is reminiscent of vanilla pods.

It is a composition of extraordinary balance and tension. An artist through and through, Bertrand Duchaufour has always created his fragrances using various art forms such as drawing, painting and photography. He began his career in perfumery at Lautier Florasynth in Grasse and later continued his work in Paris. In 2008, he became a freelance perfumer and has been working in the field of artistic fragrances ever since, creating innovative creations. Duchaufour has been working with the fragrance manufacturer Technicoflor since 2014, which he chose because of its ethical and ecological commitment.
