MINUIT ET DEMI was born from the creative collaboration between Fragrance Du Bois and Australian perfume influencer Demi Rawling, whose love for seductive gourmand and spice notes shaped the concept. The fragrance was composed by French perfumer Stéphane Bengana, a master of his craft with more than two decades of experience.

Trained at the prestigious ISIPCA, Bengana began his career in Paris, later refining his expertise in natural raw materials in Grasse, before moving to Dubai where he now serves as Senior Perfumer at Symrise. His style merges French refinement with Middle Eastern opulence – a signature clearly present in MINUIT ET DEMI.
