Philly & Phill is an independent niche fragrance label from Germany, founded by Tanja Bublitz and Stefan Cozma. Tanja Bublitz, a fourth-generation perfumer and owner of the historic Parfümerie Brückner in Munich, brings a profound understanding of the emotional power of scent. Together with her husband Stefan Cozma, she launched Philly & Phill to translate their personal love story and its cherished memories into olfactory compositions.

Each perfume by Philly & Phill is the result of artistic collaboration with acclaimed perfumers who transform feelings into fragrance:

Jérôme Epinette, a renowned nose known for his work with leading niche houses, contributed his refined touch to several of the brand's most iconic creations.

Christian Carbonnel, another master of his craft, brought his expertise to the table with compositions that balance elegance and intrigue.

Boudoir Belle is a tribute to feminine elegance and seduction. Aldehydes in the opening blend into a blooming rose heart, softened by a sensual musk base – refined and alluring.

Naughty by Nature captures boldness and independence. Lush passionfruit leads to a creamy vanilla heart, grounded in warm woody notes that linger with confidence.

Out at the Opera is an olfactory interpretation of a glamorous night at the opera. It opens with sparkling pink pepper, unfolds into a heart of spicy cinnamon, and settles into a rich base of oud – dramatic, opulent, unforgettable.
