Behind the Fragrance

Trudon -  II - Eau de Parfum

A green nuance that creates unity II tells of the recurring new beginnings of a forest during the seasons. A sensual fragrance that unites the elements in symbiosis. II is inspiring and invites you to dream - of a pristine, magical place. The fragrance II by Trudon embodies the encounter between man and nature. Two elements that merge and become one. It is a journey into the heart of a primeval forest, where man practises ancient rites to worship nature. It is a plant-based perfume defined by raw, original essences.

The intoxicating scent of incense sets the forest vibrating - from the damp earth of the ground to the tops of the trees, to the fusion of the elements. Trudon II, also known as Deux, is an eau de parfum inspired by the essence of the forest and the idea of new beginnings. It is an aromatic fragrance characterized by the vibrant freshness of young plants and trees. The top note of the fragrance offers a refreshing and green blend of fig leaves that capture nature immediately after a rain.

These notes combine with other elements such as pine needles to simulate the vibrant atmosphere of a dense forest. The heart note contains aromas of plants and young conifers making their way to the sun through layers of humus. The fragrance symbolizes growth and renewal and invites you to engage with the dynamic processes in a forest. In the base note, woody elements and the scent of pine needles combine to create a deep, earthy composition that emphasizes the constant presence of the forest throughout the seasons.

Trudon II is a fragrance that appeals to both men and women and offers a special olfactory experience through its use of natural and fresh notes. It comes in an elegant bottle that reflects the classic and timeless design of Trudon.

Lyn Harris, the so-called nose of Trudon's “DEUX” fragrance, is a British perfumer known for her classical training and unique approach to perfumery. She studied in Paris and at the prestigious Robertet in Grasse before embarking on her career. Lyn is best known for founding the fragrance brands Miller Harris and later Perfumer H, the latter of which was launched in 2015. Her fragrances are characterized by a personal style that reflects her own creative vision and olfactory journey. Lyn Harris' fragrance creations are often inspired by nature, and she draws a lot from her childhood memories of spending time on her grandparents' farm in Scotland.

These natural influences are reflected in her fragrances, which often contain floral and botanical notes. Lyn Harris has an innovative approach that blends traditional fragrance construction with modern elements, making her scents both contemporary and timeless. She is also known for her emphasis on quality natural materials and always pushing creative boundaries in perfumery.
