A tropical garden after sunset. The leaves shimmer in the damp light of dusk, and somewhere between fern, leather and bloom, she rests – the tuberose. Not a flower of innocence, but one that awakens only in the night.
Boa Madre Extrait de Parfum is a tribute to this opulent queen of florals – and at the same time a sensual-animalic interplay of shadow, skin and memory. As the second chapter of La Tuberosa secondo me, Cristian Cavagna casts tuberose in a new light: not romantic, but primal, feminine, instinctive.
The Opening – Elegance in twilight
A green and spicy prelude of banana leaf, ginger and pink pepper, laced with a fleeting hint of tuberose. Just a shimmer – the first twist of a fragrance that moves like a snake: elegant, mysterious, alive.
The Heart – Color, light and sensation
At the core, she blossoms: Indian tuberose, surrounded by jasmine, ylang-ylang, iris and orange blossom. Not a quiet heart – but a floral center of creamy depth and electrifying radiance. Sensual. Bold. Independent.

The base anchors the composition: leather, civet, castoreum and oud wrap the florals in a second skin. Sandalwood, ambrette, oakmoss and a touch of costus add animal warmth and earthy bitterness. A scent that lingers – on skin, on fabric, in memory.
